Speaking of which, no, they're not adjustable, but if you take the pins out, you can in fact have a double-space. Wouldn't suggest more than double though, as then you would definitely be overloading the shelf. * Size of spaces - very good. They split the difference between not too small and not too large and got it just right. Note, the space width is fairly tight, so if you're planning on putting something over-wide, such as an overstuffed manila folder, don't. I did check and a normal size folder does fit, and that's good, but it's quite snug. * Quality - overall, very good. Sure, the back is thin, semi-rigid paperboard (not hardboard), but all RTA furniture has that. Some concern about connectors, which unlike Sauder and others, this unit doesn't come with locking cams but instead wood pegs, though those are in fact coated with glue so... Read more |
